I am a little bit of a sports nut so I will be writing about sports from time to time as well.

I am really missing the NHL season already with the NHL entry draft and NHL Free agent Day behind us All that's left is to sit and wait for the preseason to start....
On July 1st the CFL season started so that helps ease the pain. The season opener, Montreal VS. Saskatchewan was arguably one of the greatest CFL games I have ever seen!! Saskatchewan won in overtime. final score 54-51

I was way too tired to watch the Toronto vs. Calgary Game which sucks I wanted to watch it but that's the way it goes sometimes!
Tonight The Hamilton Ticats are on the road to play the Winnipeg Blue Bombers!
hopefully its as good a game as the MTL vs SASK game!!

Today I had to run into the grocery store to get some lunch meat. So here I am standing in a line of like 15 people at the deli counter and this old lady damn near hits me with her cart and then butts in line right in front of me!!!

Before I go on....I do have great respect for our elder citizens...

whether she did not think I was in line or knew I was in line and acted like she didn't know...I will never know...

I didn't say anything to her I mean what do you say to an 80 year old woman who just butted in line at the grocery store?

Anyway at that point I was frustrated at the line up and how slow the employees where moving so I just left and went and got pre-packaged lunch meat.

So now I am heading to my truck and parked beside me is the same little old lady...
She was struggling with her cart and trying to get her car keys. So I put my stuff in my truck and offer to help the old lady open her trunk. I open her trunk put her bags in and put her cart in the cart corral.

The woman did not even thank me she got in her car and pulled away without saying a word!!

Some people are just plain rude! she probably has been like this her whole life.

So the next time an elderly person pisses me off...don't expect me to help you out in any way!

Trust

Trust...is it important? is trust the deal breaker for any relationship?

Yes! in my opinion any relationship, whether friendship, business, dating or marriage, trust is a crucial part. If you cannot trust a friend or business partner or colleague, then what good is that?
same goes for a spouse... what good is a relationship without trust? without trust there is no structure, if your always wondering who is that person they are talking to on the phone with....who is that texting...who's emailing....why are they friends on Facebook....staying in a relationship with no trust is only damaging to your own well being...

I'm not saying that trust cannot be regained but its a long challenging process that sometimes causes more hurt then good and is not guaranteed to have results...

Trust building doesn't always succeed...If you find yourself two maybe three years down the road and you still feel like your on the trust building stage then maybe its time to throw in the towel...

If you cannot trust them....then its time to wash your hands of them

Canada Day

Day of BBQs, Beer drinking, spending time with friends and family and the Kick off to the CFL season!

It is also day one of Dalton McGuintys HST tax...as if we are not taxed enough!! Dalton adds more... Daltons Canada Day Birthday present to Ontarians is the HST added tax to Gas, home improvements home buying, ETC.

So a big Fuck you!! Goes out to Dalton and the Ontario Government.

Maybe now is the time to play with the idea of moving to the East coast again

Walking downtown the other day I almost stepped in Dog shit on the sidewalk...People if you have a dog pick up their shit!!

Staff that are rude or ignore customers (Walmart, Tim Hortons)... Be personable, do your fucking job! If I can fake a smile everyday for people so can you!!

Co workers that do nothing but Bitch and whine about everything... There are a lot of people out of work right now that would be happy to have your job!! So Shut up!! Do your job and quit Bitching!

BlackBerry Messenger Group

OK so I have been in this BBM Group for about 6 months now. This is the first time I had ever joined a group chat room type thing and it has been a great experience. It is mind blowing to me that 7 strangers from all over the USA and Canada can join a group and for the most part immediately hit it off and really get along. They are really becoming good friends. I have not joined other groups or felt a need too. It is nice to have people to talk to that wont judge you, its so nice to get unbiased opinions, and also a different perspective.

Now we have had members come and go, but that is expected. I think its hard for new members to come on board when we all know each other so well. New people I think get intimidated by us and feel they are outsiders and usually don't last more then a few days.

There have also been a few people that the collective group could not tolerate and we all vote to toss the particular member over board. that is rare though...

Some people have laughed when they found out I chat in a BBM group, but I shrug it off. maybe they have never tried or possibly tried and have not found a group that they fit in with... either way I say don't knock it till you try it! I mean really try it!!

it may not do anything for you...in my case it was, and continues to be a great experience...

To go to bed and wake up every single day, knowing nothing is changing nor getting better, to be stuck in the vicious cycle of life, debt, and anonymity, wears you down.

To not feel any sense of accomplishment, but only utter failure. To put that false smile on your face everyday, all the while deep down inside yourself you just want to scream and explode like a possessed child...

Makes waking up every single morning, a living hell in itself...Yet I do it every single day because I try to be a good father, good husband and good human being.

At what point is it just too much? At what point does a man break and say this is it for me...Ive had enough...

I have not reached that point, but feel I may be close....what happens happens to men who reach that point? and where do you go from there...Broken, defeated, embarrassed and ashamed...

Fallen as far as possible, with no light in sight....Complete Darkness...
